What is a shopping cart and how do I use it?
If you wish to purchase a product, simply select the size and color of the product, and click 'Add to Cart,' which will place the item in your shopping cart. At any time, you can remove that product from your shopping cart or change the size or color by clicking on the appropriate item in the cart. After placing an item in your shopping cart, you may continue shopping for other items by going back to the Catalog, or you can check out to finalize your order.

How can I search for products?
There are two easy ways to look for products:

You can log into the SparkPeople store by clicking on "account" in the navigation bar. Your SparkPeople username and password are unique to your SparkPeople.com account. You must create a separate account for use on the SparkPeoplestore.com website.
Is there a guarantee for merchandise ordered from this site? What is the return policy?
Absolutely! You, our customer, are very important. We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return merchandise up to 90 days from the date of original purchase for a full refund.

When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items are shipped within 24 business hours via FedEx (or USPS to a PO Box). Please allow 2-6 weeks for backordered items. All orders will be provided a tracking number which can be found in the "Account" section of the website through the "orders" link.

How will I be billed for shipping and duties on an international order?
Because each country has its own unique duties and taxes, we will provide a freight quote for every order shipped outside of the U.S. After an estimated freight charge is approved, duty and shipping charges will be billed to your credit card at the time the order ships. We will not ship your order and charge your card for duty and shipping to an international location until you approve the freight charges. How do I enter my SparkCertificate code?
Spark Certificates & Gift Codes are like gift certificates. You may redeem Spark Certificates & Gift Codes during the checkout process.
When redeeming Spark Certificates or Gift Codes, you must first provide your credit card information. Then you will be asked for your Spark Certificate numbers. Enter the Spark Certificate or Gift Code numbers exactly as you received them. Up to three (3) Spark Certificates or Gift Codes may be redeemed on each order. Spark Certificates or Gift Codes MUST be provided at time of order.
The amount of Spark Certificate(s) & Gift Code(s) will NOT be reflected in the web shopping cart. However, the amount of the Spark Certificate(s) will be deducted from the order total and will be reflected on the e-mailed order acknowledgement and shipping/tracking confirmation e-mail.
Your credit card will only be charged for the amount (if any) that is not covered by the Spark Certificate or Gift Code.
Spark Certificates & Gift Codes have no cash value and they must be redeemed prior to the date indicated. No refunds will be issued for unredeemed or partially redeemed Spark Certificates & Gift Codes.
How do I enter my Promo code?
Promo codes are not the same as Spark Certificates & Gift Codes. Promo codes are issued periodically for limited-time offers such as a percentage off sale or free freight. Enter your promo code on the final page of checkout just before submitting your order. Your order total will be adjusted to factor in the special offer for that promo code.
